Learn Astronomy has several courses to help you learn in a structured way. Some courses are free, some are paid (Premium Courses).

The courses can be at one or more of three levels:

Level 1 - Absolute Beginner

Level 2 - Secondary Education Level (GCSE)

Level 3 - A and AS Level, College, and 1st Year Undergraduate Level

Free courses are self-paced and self-assessed. All course materials are completely free to download and use.

Premium courses require you to join the course to access materials. There are two versions of the premium course:

​

Self-Paced - Full access to course materials, content guided but self-paced and self-assessed.

Supported - Full access to course materials on a timeboxed course progression basis, tutor-assessed, correspondence support, and regular face-to-face online tutorials.            

 

Supported courses are run in cohorts over a set range of weeks (see course calendar for details).
